RULES FOR THE USE OF “ANYFUN” COMPANY ELECTRONIC GIFT CERTIFICATES
These Rules govern the process of purchasing, transferring, and using electronic gift certificates of the “Anyfun” company (hereinafter referred to as the Certificate) through the website cashonlyfun.com.
- Definitions
1.1. The electronic gift certificate of the “Anyfun” company is an email with a unique promo code (alphanumeric code) that provides a discount in the amount of the certificate’s nominal value for the purchase of goods offered by the Seller. The Seller is LLC “Anyfun”, OGRN: 1153525045850, INN: 3528242290 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
- General Provisions
2.1. The Certificate can be used to purchase any goods offered by the Seller, taking into account the nominal value of the certificate when paying for the goods.
2.2. The Certificate is not personalized and can be transferred to any third party.
2.3. The Certificate is not a good or service and cannot be restored in case of loss.
2.4. No interest is accrued on the nominal value of the Certificate, nor is it paid out.
2.5. Purchasing the Certificate is not a form of commercial lending.
- Purchase Procedure
3.1. The Certificate is purchased through the website cashonlyfun.com.
3.2. Confirmation of the purchase of the Certificate is an email with the promo code sent to the email address specified during the purchase.
- Using the Certificate
4.1. The Certificate can be used to purchase goods both through the website cashonlyfun.com and in stores owned by the Seller, if any.
4.2. When paying for goods purchased using the Certificate, its nominal value is deducted from the total purchase cost. If the purchase cost is less than the nominal value of the Certificate, the remaining amount can be used for the next purchase. If the purchase cost exceeds the nominal value of the Certificate, the difference must be paid by other means.
4.3. When using multiple Certificates, their nominal values are summed. The portion of the Certificate’s nominal value used in the purchase is considered redeemed and cannot be used again.
- Changes to the Rules
5.1. The Seller has the right to make changes to these Rules without prior agreement with the Buyer, while remaining responsible for fulfilling the conditions related to the use of the Certificate.
- Personal Data
6.1. By purchasing the Certificate, the Buyer grants the Seller the right to collect, store, process, and use personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
- Rights and Obligations of the Parties
7.1. These Rules do not regulate the relationship between the Buyer and any third parties to whom the Certificate was transferred. The person presenting the Certificate with the corresponding promo code is considered the legal user of the certificate in accordance with these Rules.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for the use of the Certificate by third parties and is not obliged to restore lost Certificates.
