Return Policy

Returns are processed in accordance with the following rules. Please note that the package with the returned item must reach our address no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the order. We recommend initiating the return process within the first 7 days of receiving the order to meet the established deadlines. If you want to exchange an item, you must first process a return and then place a new order.

 

1. Preparing the Package and Filling out the Return Form

1.1. Pack the item in its original packaging or other suitable packaging to ensure the item’s safety, and include the completed return form in the package. In the return form, specify:

  • List of items being returned
  • Your order number

1.2. If you do not have a return form, download it here.

1.3. Filling out the return form is mandatory. Without it, the item will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please provide the full name of the person who placed the order.

2.2. Please note that returns for items purchased at the “Tsvetnoy” Department Store can only be made at the “Tsvetnoy” Department Store.

 

3. Shipping the Item

3.1. You can use any convenient courier service to send the return to the address:

3.2. Please note that the shipping and delivery costs for returned items are borne by the customer. Refunds or exchanges will take up to 14 days after the package is received at our warehouse.

 

4. Return Conditions

4.1. Returns are accepted if the item is kept in its original condition, has not been used, shows no signs of wear and tear, and is in its original and undamaged packaging (including protective film) with all tags intact.

 

5. Returning Defective Items

5.1. If the delivered item is of poor quality due to a manufacturing defect, you can return it or exchange it for a similar item of good quality, if available.
